After Trump roars back, Biden will speak to Americans
Following his political rival's resounding election victory against Kamala Harris, US President Joe Biden will deliver a heartbreaking speech to the country on Thursday, promising a peaceful handover of power to Donald Trump.

the election results and the transition" to Trump's second term at 11 a.m.
(1600 GMT) in the White House Rose Garden.

preventing a smooth transition, Trump also made up the story of voter fraud.
According to the White House, Biden "expressed his commitment to ensuring
a smooth transition and emphasized the importance of working to bring the
country together" during his Wednesday conversation with Trump.

him to visit the White House, even though they have a lengthy history
